CONCEPT

All the senses come together for a exuberant experience in “Sonare” with vivid exploration of form, texture material, colors and sound in a dynamic interplay. A chimerical poetry transcending towards an unbeknownst future, the work explores incorporation of the emotional dimension as an important part of the relationship between object and user. Inspired by the form of a klein bottle, the object encloses expansion with its boundaryless form, capturing scent and senses.

APPROACH: THE BOTTLE

“Sonare” plays with two elements, a central glass piece, specially designed, enclosed inside mouth of the the klein bottle. This piece holds the perfume liquid. The cap of he bottle is made of plastic. The form is fluid yet structured with color that interacts with the bottle and the surroundings. The outer bottle is in the shape of a klein bottle, in clear glass texture, reflecting the inner bottle. The bottles stikes a chord when hit. The aim is to create a sculpted glass instrument that sings before it scents.

APPROACH: BOX PACKAGING

Inspired by the material: glass used in perfumery, a print was developed. A deep blue hue anchors the concept, with explorations of the dynamic interplay of the materials. The print reflects the universe, representing constant state of flux seeking growth and hope; towards an iambic realm of the unknown.
